This was made on request. Winservice is a daughter company of Wincor Nixdof and Vakt Service (now Nokas), and therefore use a mix of both designs. 

Wincor Nixdorf is originally a German corporation that provides retail and retail banking hardware, software, and services. Wincor Nixdorf is engaged primarily in the sale, manufacture, installation and service of self-service transaction systems (such as ATMs), retail banking equipment, software and other services.

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is responsible for the planning, construction and operation of the national and county road networks, vehicle inspection and requirements, driver training and licensing. The agency was created in 1864. This is a typical vehicle you'll see their employees use.
